Terms of Service

These terms govern use of MintJackal, operated by the MintJackal operator (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using a paid plan, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply where you live.

2. Research software only

MintJackal provides automated market observations, risk indicators and historical paper tracking. It does not provide personalised investment advice, execute trades, connect to your wallet, hold customer funds or guarantee that any token is safe or profitable.

3. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorised access. One subscription is for one user unless we agree otherwise.

4. Subscriptions

Paid access renews at the interval shown at checkout until cancelled. Prices and taxes are shown before payment. Billing is handled by Stripe. You can cancel through the billing portal; access normally continues until the end of the paid period. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.

5. Acceptable use

You must not attack, scrape at harmful volume, reverse engineer access controls, share paid access, resell raw feeds, impersonate another person, or use MintJackal for unlawful market manipulation or fraud.

6. Data and third-party services

Market and blockchain information comes from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Availability also depends on hosting, RPC, market-data, Telegram and payment providers.

7. Intellectual property

MintJackal’s software, branding, presentation and scoring methodology remain ours or our licensors’. These terms grant a limited, revocable right to use the service for personal research.

8. Availability and changes

We may maintain, modify or discontinue features. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Material subscription changes will be communicated where reasonably possible.

9. Liability

Cryptoassets can lose all value. You remain responsible for every decision and transaction. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, third-party failures or indirect losses. Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

10. Termination

We may suspend accounts for security, non-payment, abuse or breach of these terms. You may stop using the service and cancel a subscription at any time.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
